Accessed Well is not a research organization, sponsor, investigator site, health facility, healthcare provider, or enrollment platform.
Opt-in consent.
Users opt in by voluntarily selecting one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on the interest form and submitting the form.
Account notification SMS and marketing SMS consent are separate categories. Consent is not required to use the website, receive the guide, or request coordination support.
Message frequency and charges.
Message frequency varies based on account activity, requested information, and matching opportunity availability.

Opt out.

Opt-out requests are processed immediately and confirmed with one confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent after opt-out unless you later opt in again.
