Overview.
Accessed Well, a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC, provides trial opportunity discovery, courtesy coordination, and SMS account notifications and opportunity updates for users who choose to opt in.
This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how consent information is protected.
Information we collect.
We may collect your name, optional email address, optional phone number, stated interests, availability notes, consent selections, source page, and request details needed to protect the integrity of the opt-in record.
Do not submit sensitive health details through the interest form. The form is for general availability and interest information only.
How information is used.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide the requested guide, send account notifications or opportunity updates when you opted in, maintain opt-out records, and coordinate an introduction only after separate consent.
Accessed Well does not use form submissions to decide whether you qualify for a clinical trial.
SMS consent data.
SMS consent is collected separately for account notification and marketing message categories. Both options are voluntary and unchecked by default.
SMS consent data is not sold, shared, rented, transferred, or provided to research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, or third-party marketers.
Courtesy introductions.
If you request a coordination introduction, Accessed Well may share your contact information with the specific independent trial program only after you are separately informed and consent to that introduction.
That sharing is limited to the purpose of the requested introduction and does not transfer SMS marketing consent.
Opt out and support.
You may reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message to opt out. You may reply HELP for support information.
Opt-out requests are processed immediately and confirmed with one confirmation message. No further SMS messages are sent after opt-out unless you later opt in again.
Data protection.
Accessed Well uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect inquiry and consent information.
No internet or mobile communication method can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so users should avoid sending sensitive details through the form.
